Demolition and Construction of Five Modern Townhouses
Building Solutions (EU) Ltd were appointed as the principal contractor for the development of five high-specification townhouses on behalf of a property management company.
The project took place on a brownfield site previously occupied by domestic garages. As with all our developments, we began by conducting a thorough site investigation. When contamination was identified, we collaborated closely with the local planning authority and specialist contamination consultants to ensure any necessary remediation work was carried out before construction began.
Designed for the high-end rental market, these townhouses were built to exacting standards. Each home was completed with premium finishes and fitted with new generation facilities to meet modern living expectations.
The external works were finished to the same high quality. We landscaped the site, constructed gated access for added security and privacy, and built dedicated external storage and bike stores to enhance functionality for future residents.
