Large Extensions to 2 Houses and the Construction of a New House
We were contracted by a London based main contractor to extend and develop houses for a London based major private property investment company.
The two existing houses were run down and needed significant work to bring the properties up to scratch both internally and externally. We fully refurbished the houses and installed state of the art kitchens and bathrooms. At the same time large extensions were built to expand the houses at the rear allowing access to the garden through wide bifold doors.
On adjacent land we built a new 3-bedroom house. The house was constructed to match the neighbouring houses and it was connected to the local infrastructure.
The houses were all completed to a very high standard as they were destined for the high-end property rental market. The properties were finished to a high level of energy efficiency including solar panels discreetly installed on the roof.
