Project Description

Recovery and Completion of a 7 House Development

This 7-house development was 80% completed by the original developer. However due to various obstacles delivery was not on schedule and the budget was escalating.

Building Solutions were called in by the funder to take control of the project and complete it. We started by working with the funder and developer to review the project and tasks required and in turn build up a schedule of works, we forecasted a program linked to a cashflow and cost to completion.

With this in place we project managed the delivery of the project to completion in 10 weeks. Our thorough project management constantly monitored programme and provided bi-monthly reports to the funder detailing the program, cashflow, and quality.

The houses have since been sold and capital investment returned.
