Construction of a Road Bridge Over a River
Building Solutions were contracted by a private developer, in conjunction with Dorset council and Dorset Highways to construct a new bridge over a deep culvert to connect their properties with the main road. The bridge was designed to carry both foot and vehicle traffic.
As the bridge was constructed in an area known to be vulnerable to flooding it was strengthened to withstand a serious flooding incident.
